These 45 minute follow up sessions are designed to review changes since your initial consultation, update exercises and stretches, and review lifestyle changes that can help progress you towards your physical therapy goals. Payment performed through PayPal (mikescott.dpt@gmail.com) or Venmo (@mscottdpt620 - Last 4 of Phone 6203).

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please reach out to us 24 hours in advance. We have a strict 24 hour cancellation and no show fee of $100.
