We currently accept the following insurance plans:

Out of Pocket costs (IN PERSON):

  • 1 session - $200

  • 10 session package - $1800

  • 20 session package - $3500

*For insurance based patients there may a $20-75 surcharge every session billed as a "Concierge Fee" to ensure that you always work one-on-one with a Physical Therapist. See more info below.

For years, patients have been complaining about not getting enough time with their physical therapists during their journey to recovery. Insurance companies have consistently reduced the amount of sessions patients receive for their care despite therapists and patients feeling the need for more. Couple this with yearly reductions in insurance reimbursement and you get what we call a "mill". This is where you show up to therapy, get put on a hot pack or bike and forgot about for 10 minutes, and then the therapist gives you 10 minutes and then passes you off to an aide to run through your exercises, while three other patients are walking in at the same time. 

 

This is terrible care. We think that you deserve a full session with a physical therapist, and should feel that being discharged should be a conversation between you and your therapist when you are BOTH ready. 

 

Because of this, Kinetic Potential has adopted a hybrid model of reimbursement that utilizes your insurance, but also requires  patient obligations above and beyond copays and coinsurances. This "concierge fee" is not covered by insurance and does not apply to yearly deductibles, but DOES ensure that you get the care you need and deserve.

There are various Tiers of therapists and depending on who you would like to work with this "Concierge Fee" does  change. 

Tier 1: No Fee

Tier 2: $20/session

Tier 3: $40/session

Tier 4: $60/session

Tier 5: $75/session
