What is concierge physical therapy?
Concierge physical therapy can mean many things, however, we are committed to providing the highest quality care available, and to do so we ensure that you always work one-on-one your ENTIRE session with only a licensed physical therapist - no aides, no assistants. To do so, we ask that patients provide a "concierge fee" to guarantee that you can receive the highest quality care in the Los Angeles area.
Why concierge physical therapy?
Along with the guarantee that you will only work with a licensed physical therapist, your concierge care will also include standing appointments at a determined interval for as long a you like. Your insurance will likely only cover some of these visits, but we truly believe that you should have a say in what gets treated, and you should determine when you are ready for discharge - not the other way around. We are here to work with you to help you reach your goals, and we do not feel that your insurance should determine when you stop your care. If your insurance benefits are completely utilized, you will be responsible for payment out-of-pocket.
Do we accept insurance?
Yes, we are currently in-network with ALL Blue Shield PPOs and Medicare. The patient is still responsible for all deductibles, copays, and coinsurances, as well as their Concierge Fee when being treated.
What happens if I am sick or I am traveling?
To ensure that you are able to maintain your standing appointments, your concierge fee will continue to apply even if you are sick or traveling.
